A Job For Tim and Ernie

by Truthie Email

I'm pretty sure that the guys from the Redneck Bar and Grill were applicants for this job! Over 7,000 people applied for the position of Chief Beer Officer for the new worldwide beer program by the Four Points hotel chain.

Job duties of the Chief Beer Officer include visiting breweries, bars and beer festivals and picking out the beers that will appear on the hotel's menus. It's a part-time position that people from all over the world wanted. The hotel says that they received applications from people in more than 30 countries and that it was the most sought after job opening the hotel has ever had.

In the end a 27-year-old guy who works as a brewery manager and decorates his house with beer barrels landed the job.

But Tammy, don't we already drink enough beer during our regular training and workouts?

I'd drop everything to do that job. Not sure what my wife might think, though:>>

"Chief Beer Officer" is quite possibly the best job title, ever.

Such a thing might sound like it's all fun and games, but alas I can just imagine that much like love, one would have to taste a lot of frog flavoured beers before one found the prince of beers. And none of them truly compare to Blue Beaver.
