Italian police are on the lookout for a smooth character who has been robbing bank tellers and supermarket clerks and making off with the cash in their tills.  The man leans over and says "Look into my eyes.. " and the clerks all say that's the last thing they remember before realizing that all of the money is gone.

He is hypnotising the clerks into handing over the cash and has been caught on camera smugly walking away with the money.  Police note that the guy bears an uncanny resemblance to Saddam Hussein but they have not been able to locate him.
